Since the creation of Revtech in 1997 Revtech has continued to innovate and develop applications based on the principle of impedance tube heating. The association of vibrational transport and highly efficient electrical heating, associated with a small amount of steam, allows effective pasteurization to be achieved with little or no alteration of organoleptic qualities. Achieving a consistent 4 or 5 log reduction in pathogens, in conformity with ABC or FDA legislation, is easily proven and certifiable.
